    Finding a Home

    Putting an Offer

    Once you have found your home the agent will advise what to offer and will write up the offer with all the State Mandated paperwork.  Once the package is complete the agent will present and the seller and negotiate on your behalf.  The agent will stay with you throughout the entire process.  successful closing.  The following is the Purchase Package.

    Inspections And Negotiate Repairs

    We will agent will work to get inspections done and negotiate repairs as well as review all documents and reports on the property.  We help you navigate throughout this process to ensure that we focus on what is really important.  The point of an inspection is to ensure that there are not any significant defects that affects the foundation and structure of the home.

    Your lender will form an appraisal and forward documents to the escrow company.

    Sign all documents and give your down payment in the form of a cashier’s check.
